A supper clubin motion
A restored tram leaves the Graça depot after dark and winds down through Alfama to the river. Four courses of preserved seafood and small-producer wine, each one timed to a stop.
About the supper club
Morrow & Mile follows the old rails.
An eighteen-seat moving salon navigates Lisbon's historic hills. Four courses are paired with small-producer coastal wines and served at designated neighbourhood overlooks.
Brass fittings catch the last coastal light. Iron rails climb between limestone walls. Wooden sash windows frame Graça and Alfama while preserved seafood arrives from cellar handoffs along the route.

The next few nights
Availability is counted per departure. When a table goes, it goes.
The evening
Four courses, handed up at four stops
We cook almost nothing onboard. Courses are finished in the depot kitchen and met at the stops. Tinned mackerel and rye as the doors close, an escabeche after the handoff at Senhora do Monte, salt cod through the Alfama lanes, curd and quince on the riverside descent.
The route is fixed; the plates are not. If a supplier misses the handoff or the hill is closed, the crew reads the change aloud and the evening carries on.
